We stayed in condo #304. It was clean, though the furniture could use an update, especially the rugs or carpet and the outdoor pieces. The ocean view is lovely, with oceanfront rooms throughout, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. We also liked the pool and hot tub. It’s a quiet spot that’s handy for getting around.

Restaurants, shops, and coffee are all close by, and the place has just the right amount of space for us. We’ve been coming to San Remo as a family for about 19 years, and it’s still our favorite vacation spot. Being right on the beach, with a beautiful view, and finding it clean each time keeps us coming back.

We liked spending time at the pool and hot tub, and the condo itself was lovely. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach or reach the bike path. There seemed to be mostly young families staying there, and it was fairly quiet.

The walk to Santa Rosa town center takes around 16 minutes, and walking is easier than driving. Traffic on 30a can make the drive take longer, then you still have to find parking. The grounds are clean and gated, with a busy family pool and a short private boardwalk straight to the beach, about a three-minute walk.

The location is great and the place is nice overall, but management could be better. We were told there was no gym, even though there is a small one. At night, the kitchen was overrun with small roaches. I’ve never seen so many.
