Clean, crisp white sheets, weekly room service, and breakfast every morning have helped this place feel like home to me. The staff are kind, professional, and courteous, and there are stores close by, within walking distance if you want to get your steps in. I’m very happy here and won’t go back to Airbnb.

It was the worst night, and I wouldn’t recommend this place. The room felt old and unclean, with a nasty smell as soon as I walked in. Some lights flickered, some plugs didn’t work, and the door wasn’t sealed, so outside air made the room cold and let in traffic noise. I was visiting town for the first time because of a family member’s funeral and didn’t have time to complain. I wish I’d read the reviews first, or could’ve gotten my money back.

I only wanted a clean, decent place to sleep for about eight hours, and this didn’t come close. The room was dirty, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the condition overall was far below what I expected. The “breakfast” was just packets of oatmeal left in the lobby. We’d been promised a first-floor room so we could park near the door and keep an eye on our two classic cars during the car show weekend. Once we arrived, we were told there weren’t any first-floor rooms available. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was nice and had a window, which was the only positive. There was no housekeeping service, and we heard very noisy guests above us. A woman next door was talking loudly on speakerphone early Sunday morning. The front desk staff were the coldest and most indifferent my family has dealt with, both on the phone and at check-in. Around 4:38 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13, an employee gave me wrong information when I called. They didn’t even seem to try to be nice. Paying to stay there made us feel unwelcome, like we were doing them a favor. The desk staff need retraining or replacing.
