I was in Santa Rosa for one night. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the basic amenities, though the place isn't fancy. The bathroom was roomy but dated and not especially well appointed, and it took a while for the shower water to get hot. Still, I have no other complaints. It's a good affordable choice for a short visit.

We chose this place because it was convenient for my husband's work and our family's needs, and we ended up staying for a week. At first, we were pleased with the clean, tidy, cozy room and the owner's warm welcome. My husband was working nearby, so we needed a suitable rental. After a couple of days, though, the manager started calling every morning at 7:30 and demanding payment by 9:00. I asked if my husband could pay at 11:00 during his lunch break because I had hip pain and trouble walking. The manager refused and insisted I get cash right away. It happened every day. We felt the manager was taking advantage of us instead of treating us like valued customers. The hotel is well maintained, but the manager's behavior made us uncomfortable. Hampton Inn would have cost 30.00 less per night and included a nice breakfast. Would we stay again? Perhaps, but the manager needs to treat customers with respect if they want to keep our business. We occasionally stay in that area.

Getting here off the highway was easy, and the gentleman at the front desk was really nice. The room was just right, clean, well set up, and stocked with water and snacks. I'd absolutely stay again.

The towels were thick and clean, and there's an open closet. The walk-in shower has no tub, with new tiled walls in a large 4x6 space. The shower head is at least 9 feet up. There was plenty of hot water, almost too hot.
