Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Rosa North

I booked from Friday through the following Friday, but told them on Monday I was leaving because people had tried to get into both my car and room. Staff acknowledged that homeless people had tried to enter rooms to sleep. There was no TV in the room because new owners were changing things. I booked online, and the hotel said the booking company should email them so they could approve my refund. Two months later, after calling both the booking site and the hotel, I still hadn't received it. The online company said it was waiting for Super 8 to respond to its email, and I called the hotel again to remind them.

The bathtub leaked all over the room and soaked everything. The place is really dirty, with a roach infestation. The front desk staff were intrusive, rude, and couldn't deal with anything outside their control. Customer service was completely inefficient. Don't waste your money here.

I paid for the room, but there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows. It looked like housekeeping hadn't cleaned it, and the night worker refused to give me the missing bedding. The phones in the rooms didn't work either.

The room smelled of smoke, there was hair in the sink, and the floors were disgusting. Neither the air conditioning nor the microwave worked. I told the front desk, but they couldn't move us. When I brought it up again the next day, they said we couldn't change rooms until 3 p.m. We cancelled the remaining three days, and they charged me a cancellation fee. The hotel was nasty.
