The gym was good to visit, and the pool area looked nice, though I didn’t use the pool. After staying at several hotels across the Tennessee and North Carolina mountains that week, this was easily the nicest. The rooms are modern and clean, and every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

It was wonderfully quiet, so I slept deeply. The room seemed recently renovated, and I was glad to find a walk-in shower in the bath since the website only showed tubs. I’m short, though, and the designer sink was a little high for me. Staff were welcoming and polite, and offered help both when we arrived and when we left.

The property really stands out from nearly every other Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at. The whole team made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived, and the hotel itself is wonderful. We’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend it, five stars!

The location is amazing, and the staff made us feel very welcome. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hampton Inns, but this one is especially nice. The rooms have all been redone and are just right, especially with no carpet. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We arrived to find the rooms weren’t ready. We’d booked two rooms with double beds, but got one double room and one king room, so we had to use a rollaway bed. The manager said the hotel was full and they couldn’t provide what we’d reserved. They offered no discount for either the delayed rooms or the room mix-up.
