Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mobile/Saraland by IHG

The mattress wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t awful for an overnight stay. Everything else was great: the staff were super nice and helpful from the moment we arrived, the stay was quiet, and we had everything we needed in the room. It’s close to food and right by the interstate entrance and exit. I’d stay again and recommend it.

We had no check-in problems across multiple nights, and they even accommodated our request to arrive early. The rooms were fresh and very clean, and the hot breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Front desk service was on point, and the whole Holiday Inn Crew was friendly and professional. If you’re visiting Saraland, I highly recommend this property. We’ll definitely stay again. Thank you, Holiday Inn Crew.

My husband liked the breakfast. We both found the bed comfortable, not as hard as most hotel beds. The room was fairly clean, as long as you don’t look too closely. I’d stay again if I were in the area. I didn’t hear much from neighboring rooms, except their toilets flushing, which is pretty common in hotels.

The location is right off the freeway, near a grocery store, gass stations, and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was pretty good, and the rooms were clean. Customer service was great too, everyone was friendly and informative.
