It's a clean hotel with comfortable beds, a well lit parking lot that felt safe, and guests who seemed respectable and weren't loud or intrusive. But the pillows are awful, so bring your own. The breakfast was below average for such a nice, clean place, and the hallways and breakfast area were far too hot for me. Maybe 80 degrees feels fine if you're older and always cold, but not for me. My employer booked the stay in advance, and I'm not happy with the experience so far. I work out of town a lot and know the rewards program and hotel discounts, but the front desk guy was no help with that. He was also very unpleasant when I asked about paying cash instead of using a card. They wanted a $250 deposit, which seems excessive to me. If the price works for you, the hot common areas don't bother you, and you bring your own pillows, it is otherwise a nice hotel.

The hotel is nice, and Hudson and Ethan are great employees, always smiling and bringing a good attitude. My issue is the breakfast. The kitchen staff don't speak English, which I find frustrating, and the menu needs more variety. Having gravy and scrambled eggs gets old, so it would be good to switch things up sometimes with bacon and potatoes. We stay here often, which is how I know. Management should read this to make breakfast better. Thank you.

The rooms and amenities are at a three star level, and the hotel is a three star place. Still, every part of the experience was handled with five star professionalism and courtesy. Thanks to Mariella for going out of her way to help me look for a lost item. I'll use this location again.

The location is great, and my room was clean and comfortable. Hudson at the front desk gave excellent service and had a fantastic attitude. He definitely deserves a raise. My one complaint is that the TV in the king size suite is quite far from the bed.

I've stayed here several times for work, and the service and good breakfast have been consistent each time. Staff from check-in to breakfast and housekeeping have all been friendly, and check-in and checkout are quick and easy. The rooms and the common areas I used were spacious and clean. The property feels a little dated, but they do a good job maintaining it. There's a big lobby with several meeting spots and TVs, and you can eat dinner in the breakfast area if you like. Each upper floor also has a common space for sitting or eating near the elevator.
