Hyatt Place Tempe Phoenix Airport

The only downside was the early morning noise from increased air traffic. Since the hotel is close to the airport, that's hard to avoid, and they know it, as earplugs were supplied. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant. The staff accommodated our shuttle requests, and the drivers were friendly and went out of their way to make an extra trip sooner than the usual time. Bar staff were welcoming too, and our rooms were clean and upgraded.

The airport and office proximity is the big plus here, and they do provide shuttles. But the hotel sits right under landing airliners, so it gets noisy. They also don't offer complimentary bottled water, unlike other hotels in Phoenix.

I've stayed here twice this past week while flying into and out of Phoenix. It's a convenient place to spend the night after a late flight or before an early departure. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and everything worked as it should. Shower pressure could be better, though that's pretty typical at hotels these days. The workout room is nice and all the machines work.

Being close to Phoenix Airport was incredibly convenient, and the free area shuttle within a 3-5 mile radius was a big plus. Breakfast was excellent, just what I'd expect from Hyatt.
