I regretted not checking out and going across the street to another hotel. The room made me feel so disgusted I tried not to touch anything. It smelled like cat piss, though I couldn’t tell if the smell came from the room or possibly its AC unit. That unit looked like it might not have been cleaned since the place was built. The lobby was just as bad, smelling like someone had cleaned a grease trap, with a horrid fried-food odor. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Booking a room with Ashlee was easy. She was professional and gave outstanding customer service. The rest of the staff were awesome too, and eager to help with what you need. I’d definitely stay at this Marriott again.

I chose this hotel for a quick stay and had breakfast included. When we went to the bistro, they said there wouldn’t be eggs until tomorrow, so we had to go out and pay for breakfast ourselves. A staff member could have gone out to get some. I wasn’t happy.

The staff are easily the best thing about this hotel. Troy was wonderful when we went in for a drink, and I can’t recall the front desk staff member’s name, but she went out of her way to deliver something to our room. Very kind. It’s across from the airport, but disappointing that there’s no shuttle. There’s also no complimentary morning coffee or tea, you have to pay at their Starbucks cafe. We were told we could make coffee in the room, but first had to go to the desk and pay $3.50 for a small bottle of water. A few small improvements could make this a nicer stay.
