We’ve stayed four times and loved it every time. The staff service is top notch, and the beds have always been clean and comfortable. The rooms have beautiful woodworking and old details. It’s less than a half-mile walk to the start of the shops and restaurants downtown. Our daughter is at a nearby school, so we’ll be coming more often. 10/10, highly recommend.

The breakfasts were excellent, and the staff were so attentive. We loved spending time on the back porch too. Our 'george' room was comfortable enough that we were happy to hang out there, and the mansion is beautiful without feeling stuffy. The location is perfect for enjoying everything in town. We had a lovely stay; everything felt just right.

The food was tasty and nicely presented, though the portions were quite small. I expected a little more, and the crumble came without bread, which would’ve been nice to have alongside it. Still, this place is incredible, like stepping back in time, and even more stunning in person than in the photos. I hope they’re able to keep it as beautiful, clean, and well preserved as it is now. Experiencing somewhere like this should be on everyone’s list. I have lots of photos, but apparently Google limited how many I could upload!

It’s a really unique building, and we enjoyed our stay in a very nice room. The staff were kind and helpful. The one issue was a pretty strong weed smell on the main level whenever we came in through the front door. We couldn’t tell if it was coming from a guest or a staff member. I know it’s legal, just as cigarettes are, but both smell bad. We might come back in the future.

Breakfast was really good, with fresh fruit, eggs Benedict, croissants, and more. This is a neat old Victorian mansion with lots of charm. The only drawbacks for us were the limited counter space in the bathroom and the toilet being out in the open.
