The casino floor was clean, and there was always someone nearby if I needed help. The machines seemed to hit often, and the payouts were fun because I could keep playing. At other places I've visited, I lose on every machine, but that hasn't been my experience at Saratoga. The food was very good, and the staff were accommodating. Everyone was very friendly, and my room was clean and up to date. I'd recommend this place and look forward to going back.

We had a great 10-day stay and no complaints. Our room was spacious, with a great bed and a window seat overlooking the racetrack, plus binoculars. The casino was huge, with more electronic gaming than I've seen at many Vegas casinos. We found the racetrack seats in various locations clean and well maintained, and the racing was fantastic even in the rain. On race days, staff left a racing form in our room. Housekeeping was extremely polite, and the front desk got us checked in without any trouble. The pool was clean and nice, with an outdoor fire every night. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to be near both tracks and close to downtown Saratoga, its restaurants, and bars.

I didn't stay at the hotel, just stopped in for a few hours to play slots on a Saturday afternoon over Memorial Day weekend. The crowd felt about right, busy but not packed or empty. There was a good selection of machines, including some I hadn't seen at other casinos I've visited. They also have complimentary self-serve soda, coffee, and tea.

We were happy we chose to spend Valentine's Day here. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and clearly well cared for, with lovely decor in the room too. Our room was clean and beautiful, and we loved it. There is a restaurant onsite and a casino. The property also has a pool, gym, and hot tub, though we didn't get a chance to use them this time.

The hotel and our room were nice, and we enjoyed the pool and spa. We had a racetrack view, but there was a constant rumble and vibration from the rooftop ventilation system on the attached building we overlooked. It kept us from getting a good night's sleep.
