I’m a cross-dressing trans fem girl, and my guy friend and I stayed for four days after planning just one. Loved it. I especially liked taking smoke breaks in the quiet, private woody area behind the dumpster. I met a few friends there. I’m a kind good girl and always welcome company from open-minded guys. The rooms have connecting doors, which is handy when you’ve got friends next door. My boyfriend and I get pretty loud, lol, but luckily nobody disturbed us.

After traveling, I was left stressed and inconvenienced when the hotel wouldn’t let me stay despite my valid, paid reservation. The front desk staff member who helped me, a Latina woman with curly hair and glasses, was extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. The hotel sent me to a third party for the refund instead of taking full responsibility, which made the situation worse. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend the place. Customers should be treated respectfully and professionally, and I wasn’t.

The check-out staff member was rude, and I wasn’t given a receipt. My friend had to go back inside and demand a paper copy. I asked to have the room checked so I’d know whether I’d get my deposit back. She said housekeeping would check it during cleaning and tell me about the deposit. I didn’t want to leave and risk them claiming something was wrong afterward, but all she said was, “well sorry that’s how we do things here.” The room was much too small for two people; we kept bumping into each other. The old beds squeaked whenever we moved, so we got no sleep, and the pillows were awful and long overdue for replacement. The hallways were dirty and littered with debris, like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. We’ll never stay here again.

The parking lot was well lit and seemed safe, and the room was clean enough and met expectations. It had a nice big TV and bright lights. One pet up to 80lbs stays free, with a $15 fee for a second one. Watch for the safe charge: it’s $3 even if you don’t use one. You have to ask them not to add it, or you’ll need to get reimbursed. There wasn’t even a safe in my room, which is why I’m taking off a star. A little shady, guys.
