I loved unwinding on the sofa in the Ellis Square Suite, watching the square and city rooftops from the window. The bed was so comfortable, and the table worked well for getting some work done. The free snacks and drinks were much appreciated, too. I got a generous Globalist suite upgrade, and the thoughtful design in the rooms and lobby stood out. Andaz Savannah is in a beautiful, walkable part of the city. I didn't get to use the pool, though it looked lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and Josiah was an incredible server. I'd highly recommend staying here.

We had fun taking the free cruiser bikes to Forsyth Park. After signing a waiver, we could keep them as long as we wanted. The terrace fire pit and nightly s'mores from 6-10 were another favorite. Our modern room was very clean, and the sound machine helped with the noise of downtown on a Saturday night. The hotel sits perfectly between the river and Broughton St, with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Everyone was welcoming and helpful with our questions, including the valet team. Ervin was so kind. We'd definitely recommend it and stay again.

The staff made our visit especially good. Everyone we met was welcoming, quick to respond, and clearly knew Savannah well. Their suggestions for food, nightlife, local history, and lesser-known spots fit what we were looking for. Andaz Hyatt Savannah also made getting around easy, right downtown and close to River Street, shops, restaurants, and historic sights. It felt relaxed but still special, whether you're in town for a weekend, a celebration, a romantic trip, or a family visit. We would absolutely come back.

The balcony was great, and there was plenty within walking distance. I enjoyed dinner downstairs, the smothered pork chop cutlet was good, and the service was good too. Savannah really does have the friendliest people. Staff were amazing and helpful throughout, from the welcome drink to the bikes they let guests ride. The valet drivers were great, especially Mr Ervin and the other man who used to live in NC, whose name I can't remember. I liked my room, but there was a blood stain on the floor in room 312 and at the bottom of the couch. I also didn't sleep much because of loud music outside every night and the nearby church bell going off often.
