Sary at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant, and Audrey was fantastic and knew her stuff. I’ve stayed at nearly every Holiday Inn Express in Chatham County, and this one is easily the cleanest and most comfortable. It’s a new property and the staff clearly look after it. Though it’s close to the expressway, it stays very quiet. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area.

The coffee was a real highlight. Those Costa machines grind the beans and make a genuinely good cup. It’s a clean, newly built hotel just off I-95, with breakfast included. There’s no restaurant attached, but the setting is quiet. It has a pool in summer and a standard hotel gym.

We had a perfect stay, which doesn’t happen often. The staff were friendly and well trained, and the building seems to keep highway noise outside very effectively. It’s a brand new hotel in a spot that feels nicely removed from the road. Everything about the property felt just right.

The internet really needs work, which was the one letdown. Otherwise, I enjoyed my recent visit to the new Holiday Inn Express Savannah Gateway. The rooms feel fresh and modern, breakfast had the familiar HI Express staples done well, and the whole staff was incredible. The front desk especially went out of its way for guests.

Spotless and really relaxing, this new hotel is right off the interstate. The staff were very nice, and breakfast was among the best I’ve had at a hotel. I also loved the 24/7 coffee machines Holiday Inn and Express have started adding: choose regular or decaf, then it grinds the beans and brews a hot cup right there. Perfect coffee.
