Superior Ridge Resort Motel

Building D gave us a fantastic view of the lake on one side and woods on the other. I saw two deer on checkout morning, and my husband spotted a snake outside. There are lots of hiking trails nearby, and the owners were friendly and ready to answer questions. We didn't use the fire pit or grills, but they're there if you want them. The complex was very quiet during the week, and the sauna was nice. Our room also had a jacuzzi tub and fireplace, both nice extras. The shower pressure was awful, though, and the gas fireplace blower was so loud it woke me whenever it came on. We left it off the second night. I'd recommend this place for a North Shore trip.

We had a great December snowmobiling trip here and would definitely come back. Our two-bedroom condo was clean and roomy, and having a full kitchen was great. The owners were very accommodating about making space for our two snowmobile trailers, and it was easy to reach the state trail system.

We came for a snowmobile trip and the trail was only a few feet from our cabin, so it was perfect. The cabins are warm, clean, and nice, and the management was super friendly. Looking out the window felt like looking at a nature picture. It's a really nice place on the North Shore without breaking the bank, whether you're coming with family or on your own. We'll be back. Our one-bedroom condo with a deck was spotless, from the room to the hallways and grounds. The whole property stayed very quiet even though every unit was booked. It uses baseboard heating, so there was none of that unwanted blower turning on and off. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it a lot. We'll return!
