We got in at 3am, and she was still so gracious. The place is quiet, the water pressure was alright, and I loved the waffle breakfast. The room could've been cleaned better, and the AC fan was really loud, so we turned it off. Still, for a hotel in the middle of nowhere run by sweet people doing everything themselves, we were pretty darn happy. We'd 100% come back. Very, very good place to stay!

The peaceful setting made it easy to relax after a long day on the road, and the location was convenient while still feeling quiet. My room was immaculate, well maintained, and arranged with comfort in mind. From check-in through checkout, everything went smoothly. The staff were attentive and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived, making the stay welcoming from start to finish. The Scipio Hotel is a real gem for anyone passing through or staying nearby. Five stars, no hesitation.

I was just passing through and needed a short stay. When I got locked out, the manual backup key wouldn't work, but someone came to help within 15 minutes, even though it was a holiday. Amazing service. I'd stay here again.

The people were really kind, and my room and the hotel were clean. I could walk to the nearby gas station, and there was room to park my truck and trailer, which was a plus. Would stay here again!

I haven't stayed anywhere this good in years. Everything was perfect, clean, and smelled clean too. There was coffee in the room, plus a TV, microwave, refrigerator, clean towels, hand soap, and enough shampoo for one person. The bed was medium-soft and really comfortable. Before 9am they offered a free waffle breakfast with boiled eggs, bagels with cream cheese, and milk. They let us bring our dogs for $15 extra per dog, which was fine with us. The all-tile floor seemed easy to sanitize after pets. I really appreciate the care and pride the management and owner put into this place. I wish it were near my home so I could stay just because. I recommend it 1000 times over. I wasn't paid to write this review.
