The outside could use a little freshening up, but inside the room was fantastic. The mattress felt new with no dips, the pillows were just right, and everything was clean. The quiet A/C and heat unit was great too. I was very pleased.

My crew has been staying here since Sunday, and none of our rooms have been cleaned. I asked in the morning and was told it would be taken care of, but after work I kept finding the room still dirty. There don’t seem to be many staff around, so they may be short staffed, but it feels like getting paid is their only concern. If you’re a company booking somewhere nice for your people, be aware this isn’t the place. It’s worth driving from Garden City instead. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed for a week and three nights, and there was no cleaning at all. The service was poor. The workers were really unhelpful and didn’t respect the do not disturb sign. The rooms smell weird and nasty, and the sheets don’t seem to get cleaned as often as they should.

Leslie at the front desk was lovely, but housekeeping never came. I was in Kansas for work and stayed three days, asking for service each morning with nothing happening. After working 13-hour days and paying over $400 for the room, I shouldn’t have to clean it myself.
