The views from our corner suite were amazing, and the room was fabulous. The staff were phenomenal and did what they could to accommodate us. We also had a great dinner with live music at Wicked Six bar and grill, which the hotel shuttle took us to. It’s at Dry Ridge golf club, and I’d highly recommend it. Breakfast at Cielo was always so good, too. The bar staff were just okay, and drinks were pretty expensive, in my opinion. A couple of things to keep in mind: I’d highly recommend renting a car. We spent a ton on Ubers, and the ride we’d scheduled to the airport was canceled right at pickup time, leaving us scrambling and racing to get there. The hotel should offer an airport shuttle, in my opinion. They do shuttle to nearby places, just not the airport. The pool is great, though poolside service is only offered on weekends. We enjoyed our stay and the phenomenal views.

The staff were lovely, and our room was clean and very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub overlooking the valley, and there’s a nice fitness center and spa options. The food service team was wonderful, but most of the food we tried was average. The cheeseburger and fries were excellent, though, and the drinks and wine were really good. I’d try local restaurants for other meals. It’s a beautiful place, with fire tables both inside and out. We had a five-star experience and would recommend it to travelers. Thank you!

We had such a great time and will be back. It’s a really nice, clean hotel with wonderful amenities, though being in the desert means you can’t expect to walk to shops. Plan to enjoy the facilities and drive or take an Uber if you need to get around. The restaurant, gym, and spa are fantastic. I found the food quality amazing, and the value for the money was excellent. The barista, spa therapists Monique and Dominique, and our servers Sean and Rebecca were all great professionals who gave exceptional service. The front desk manager was thoughtful, too, and walked us through the room features when there was an issue with our reservation that came from our own booking. My one request: please switch to Coke products from Pepsi!

The views were amazing, the service was great, and we used a fabulous, reliable transportation company based in the same town as the hotel several times during our stay. All the drivers were personable and very safe. We’ll definitely return for another perfect getaway.
