Bespoke Inn Scottsdale

The place was cute and nicely decorated, with a warm, homey feel. It’s close to town, which was a great location. There wasn’t much interaction with the front desk or staff, though. If you needed something, it was pretty much self-service.

The courtyard and garden were lovely, and the cozy rooms had little touches that made the stay even nicer. I spent a night here while traveling for a wedding. Such a charming hotel, and one of my favorite places I’ve stayed.

We spent four nights at Bespoke Inn last week, and it fell well short of the reviews we’d seen elsewhere. The furniture and fixtures in our room were very dated and badly needed updating. The shower leaked, and the water kept swinging from cold to extremely hot. There’s no staff on site, so when the bathroom sink stopper jammed shut, we had to wait until the next day for it to be fixed. In the meantime, we pried the drain open and used a wine opener to hold it. Another couple traveling with us found stained sheets on their bed, and there were no clean sheets on site or staff to change them. Dogs at the adjacent dog daycare barked all day long. We wish we’d stayed at the Canopy just up the street. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We went for a relaxing, no-frills anniversary trip, and the stay has been great. The rooms are spaced far enough apart that we weren’t bothered by other guests, and we were close enough to everything. Self check-in went smoothly, the place was super quaint and very clean, and the quick email replies were helpful. Everything was as advertised. The amenities and the small touches were really nice, from the in-room coffee bar to the bathroom and shower supplies. They don’t use cheap products. There’s a restaurant on site, though it isn’t part of Bespoke Inn. Give it a try anyway. Thanks for a lovely stay.
