The location is great, and for what you get, it's good value. The staff were fantastic and really understanding when I was kept awake all night by an exit door slamming in the room near it. They moved me to a much quieter room. The place is clean but could use some updates, and the beds aren't very comfortable. Breakfast is just coffee and muffins.

We've tried a few Extended Stay locations lately, including Deer Valley and Old Town Scottsdale, and the one at 69th Street & Shea has been the best by far. Shayne, Lance, and Trisha went out of their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and supported. They're professional, kind, and willing to help, and you can tell they care about guests and take pride in their work. This location stands out because of them. Thanks, your efforts are noticed!

Wonderful staff, very clean, with great amenities and a good location. Travelocity hooked us up with this place, and it wasn't the hotel's fault that we basically had to do our own housekeeping. Still, it was a good stay.

I’ve been dealing with this for months, and the front desk does nothing. People with loud tailpipes come and go, and it seems like they’ll rent to anyone. I’m woken up at all hours, often starting by 5 in the morning. At 2 a.m. on January 6, the room next door, meant for four to six people, had at least 10 people there, screaming as they left. A neighbor upstairs also seems determined to make as much noise as possible after I asked her to leave my door at 9 p.m. The front desk is mostly fine, including Lance and the new General Manager, but this is the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The satellite TV goes out daily, too. If you want quiet or a good night’s sleep, don’t stay here. And don’t post a negative comment, or they’ll try to evict you.
