The pools were awful over Fourth of July weekend, and this had happened two weeks earlier too, when they were green. Residents are frustrated that the pools aren't being kept clean, and people are getting sick after using them. Please hire professional commercial pool cleaners instead of having the maintenance crew handle it. This is unacceptable. I've tried going to the office to speak with someone, but the people there have an attitude. A lot of reviews mention Samantha, but I don't think she's right for this position. Maybe she's good up until you sign a lease. They need to understand that our rent pays their wages. If the pools or other amenities we pay for keep being handled this way, we need to take this to higher levels at RPM living.

Samantha, Cameron, and Unique have all been great to deal with. I've lived here a few months and it's been a fantastic experience so far. The property amenities keep getting improvements, and after some messy storms, the pools were cleaned out really quickly. Nothing but positive experiences with the team.
Paige was quick to take care of my requests during move-in. She was so helpful and responsive throughout the process, and I really appreciated her professionalism and support.
Cameron made a point of walking me around and was really welcoming. The community was clean and nicely kept, and the staff seemed kind. It's also in a great spot near food and shopping, which is really convenient.
On our second day living here, we had a problem with the shower, and Wesley from maintenance fixed it in a jiffy. He was super awesome, and it made for a really great first impression of the property and staff.
