Kasa Scottsdale Quarter Phoenix

There was no room service, not even room makeup, and the parking was terrible. The bed was rock hard, the bedding felt cheap, and there were no curtains. This is an Airbnb in a condo building, not a hotel.

The most confusing part was getting into the building, since there were several hoops to jump through. It did make the place feel more secure, though, and I'd 110% stay here again. We barely saw anyone at the pool or hot tub, usually just one or two other people at most. The steam room was probably the best I've ever used, and the sauna was nice too. The gym was also one of the nicest I've been in, with quality equipment, high ceilings, big windows, and a great atmosphere. No awful music everyone has to listen to. We weren't sure what kind of place this was at first, but quickly realized it's an apartment complex, and guests like us weren't most of the residents. It's relatively new and has really nice spaces, including a beautiful top floor terrace with great views. We brought wine and snacks up there for sunset. There's also a really nice hang-out room with a pool table, plus outdoor courtyards and a pool area. Our two-bedroom place had two bathrooms and a big, impressively equipped kitchen with nice components. The rooms were quiet and felt private in a good way. I never heard noise from outside or the hallway. The A/C was powerful, which we both liked since we sleep in cool air.

We had a 10 out of 10 stay here. It was a great place, and we're definitely looking forward to coming back.

At first it was a little hard to figure out where the place was and where to park. Once we got that sorted, it was a nice place to stay.
