ROVE LIVING/KB - Scottsdale Grand

Nikki is the reason I’d consider renewing here. She made my stay comfortable and has helped whether I was trying to sort out life or needed something repaired in my unit. She really pays attention to residents and cares about them. I once sat in her office talking about my lease while she was the only person in the lobby, and she still treated every visitor with questions or concerns respectfully and promptly. I didn’t mind waiting. Plenty of places and staff don’t seem to care, but she makes this complex feel different.

Since the property changed management companies, Nikki has been a fantastic addition to the leasing office. She’s kind, quick to respond when tenants have concerns, and helpful. The complex was already wonderful, and I’m confident she’ll bring meaningful improvements.

The application and lease process at Scottsdale Grand went smoothly, thanks to clear, consistent communication from the leasing team. Our tour with Cynthia was welcoming too. I just signed a lease, and the whole experience has been amazing. We’ve never had a complex make things this easy and enjoyable, and we’re excited to call Scottsdale Grand home.

I visited a friend here and really liked the complex. It felt safe, quiet, clean, and beautiful. There’s a pool with nice surroundings, adult-size Connect Four, cornhole and other games, plus a gym and dog park. They also have spaces for group events, billiards, and coffee, cold brew, and hot chocolate available anytime. No more Starbucks, lol. The apartments looked very nice too.
