It’s inexpensive lodging for a week or longer, with limited services, and management is very responsive. When needed, it’s an OK place to stay, though I wouldn’t call it a true motel.

The owner wouldn’t fix the problems in my room from the time I arrived, and the room was nearly uninhabitable. There was constant water leaking in the bathroom, holes in almost every wall, and I was concerned about the health and safety conditions. The whole place needs to be restored before it can operate. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay until that happens.

It was nice and quiet, and even with a language barrier the owner treated me kindly and had good customer service skills. The room was clean enough, but the carpet was extremely old, worn, and cheap. That stood out because the carpet, blankets, pillows, and bed are what I most look forward to when I stay at a hotel.

Very good prices and a super nice owner. He even lent me an electric kettle for my tea. The place is old fashioned, straight out of the fifties, and clean. It’s not for snobs or anyone who needs things new and shiny. I always notice the toilet paper, and happily this wasn’t “the world’s cheapest toilet paper” like some pricier chains give you!

I stayed here last year, paying $950 a month at the time, and it was barely better than being homeless. My room had rats, the bathroom was covered in mold, and the owner let himself in twice while I was showering.
