Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Seabrook by IHG

The staff were great, and when I called the front desk about kids yelling and running up and down the hallway, they handled it within 10 minutes. I stayed for a week and a half in a nice room with a comfortable bed. It was cleaned daily except Sunday. My only other issue was that the pool wasn’t heated, even though the room it’s in was very warm.

Kids were running, yelling, and slamming doors in the hallway that night. After 11 PM I went out and said something to a parent, but I still couldn’t sleep. I told the front desk the next morning, and the guy working didn’t seem concerned. The people at the desk weren’t friendly or welcoming. I won’t stay here again. When I first got to my room, I lifted the toilet lid and saw urine drops and two pubic hairs. I went straight to the desk and asked for another room, and they moved me.

Breakfast came with the stay and had a nice selection of fresh, tasty options. The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help, and the service was excellent. My room at Holiday Inn Express was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so it was an easy, relaxing stay. I’d recommend the hotel for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.

The room service did a good job every day keeping things tidy and making the bed, though I don’t think they washed the blankets each day. That was fine with me, since my work environment gets my sheets dirty even though I shower before bed. There’s a gym with fresh water and a decent-looking pool, though I never tried the pool. It also seemed family oriented, with lots of families playing board games in the breakfast hall. The woman who handles breakfast opens about 10 minutes early, which is nice, though I couldn’t take advantage because I leave for a job site 30 minutes away and can’t spend much time in the morning. They also have local tourist brochures and a big drink selection. I booked a four-day weekday stay a week ago and checked out Thursday morning. The rooms are nice and neat. As I was leaving, I asked the front desk manager, Paul, for a box of tissues for room 213 under the name Witmer. He was very nice, accommodating, polite, and helpful, and when he asked if I meant now, I said yes since I was still standing there. It was a nice stay, thanks for reading and looking at my pictures.
