We won’t be coming back. The house has a great location and a lot of potential, but it really hasn’t been maintained. The floors seemed like they hadn’t been mopped or deep-cleaned in years. Within an hour, our 3-year-old’s feet were completely black, so we started wearing shoes indoors. There were cigarette butts around the backyard and pool, and the toilet paper holders and hooks in the bathrooms were coming off the walls. My husband even spotted a cockroach-looking bug in one of the upstairs rooms. For what this place costs, especially with a $200+ cleaning fee, it should at least be clean.
