The parking garage was really convenient, especially as a place to leave the car while going on a cruise. The Pacific Inn was worth the money. Everyone working there was super friendly and clearly cares about guests’ experience. I was especially impressed by the shuttle drivers and desk staff.

We were visiting friends in Long Beach and Orange County, so this was an ideal location, with plenty of dining choices nearby. The Koi is right across the street, and Main St. is just around the corner with everything it offers. The hotel is far enough from PCH that traffic noise never bothered us. We stayed five nights in early December, and the rates were competitive for somewhere so close to the beach. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the whole staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. We’ll definitely stay here if we visit again.

LOVE it here. We stay seven nights every two months; our last visit was Feb 11-18, 2026. Great price, clean and comfortable rooms, and an EXCELLENT STAFF. Erin is amazing. The Seal Beach location is excellent too, with lots to do in every direction.

I had several colleagues stay here in January 2026, and the team was great throughout, from making the reservations to their stay and helping with the bills afterward. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the balconies were a treat. It’s within walking distance of the pier. Thank you!

The location had plenty of places to eat and shop, and the pool was clean, refreshing, and a great spot to relax before our cruise. Breakfast was excellent too, with lots of tasty options. We took the hotel shuttle to the port on cruise morning for $55, which was really convenient and worth it. The free shuttle from Long Beach airport also made getting to the hotel stress-free. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Every interaction showed how much the staff care about guests. A fantastic pre-cruise stay, with great amenities and easy transportation. Highly recommend the Pacific Inn, and we’ll use it again.
