For what I paid, I'm very happy with the stay. The room and bathroom were clean, and whenever I asked for extra towels or fresh bedding, the staff got them for me and were always friendly. Even when the hotel was full, it stayed quiet, and the location was convenient. I'd stay here again if I needed to. I chose it for the price, so I had a fair idea of what to expect. The family who runs the place are extremely nice. One heads-up: despite what I saw in Google reviews, breakfast isn't offered anymore. It may have been in the past. That wasn't a problem for me since the room had a microwave and mini fridge, which made feeding my kids easy. They let me bring my pet for an extra $25 a day, which I was willing to pay for a safe place for my animal. My only complaint was that there was no bathtub. With three kids, including a toddler, one would've been really helpful. I'm glad we had a good stay and grateful for how understanding the staff were.

My first two nights were in a non-smoking room. Then they asked me to move to a room with just a queen bed, and it was a smoking room. It was nasty, and they wouldn't move me back to a non-smoking room. Now my pillows and clothes all need to be washed before I can bring them home. The AC control was above the window, where I couldn't see it. I had to climb on a stool and take a picture so I could figure out how to use it.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and nicely furnished. There's a laundromat across the street, with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby. I expected road noise since it's on a busy street, but once the door was shut, it was quiet and cozy.

I was traveling from out of state with my teenage daughter and granddaughter, and felt very uncomfortable in the room I was assigned. Groups of men were staying on both sides of us. Judging by their vehicles, I assumed they might be a construction crew. I raised my concern with the front desk worker, but they didn't understand it. My refund request was denied.
