I got a great night's sleep in a very clean room. I arrived late, and the gentleman who helped me was extremely kind. The microwave was a little dated, as a few reviews mentioned, but it worked fine. I was always taught, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." I'd stay here again.

The room was dirty, and I wouldn't stay here if you care about continental breakfast. They seemed to have tossed out some sugary cereal and cheap bread as an afterthought. The room costs what a decent hotel would, but it's worth half that.

We were driving at 2am after a hotel in Nebraska City overbooked, and this place was a last-ditch try. A very friendly man, probably the owner, checked us into a modest room with a huge king bed for less than $100. It's no destination hotel or anything elegant, but it's functional, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The hotel is dated but clearly well loved. If I had a complaint, it'd be the towels and pillows. I don't know when I'll pass through again, but I'd book here without hesitation.

The man at the desk was very nice, and the place was clean and friendly. My wife left a personal item behind by accident. When we got back to Tennessee, she called and they were happy to box it up and send it to us; we paid for FedEx. You don't get that kind of service at a big chain hotel. I'd stay again if I'm ever passing through.
