The apartment was dirty or damaged wherever I looked. There were holes behind every doorknob, doors that looked punched in, and mysterious stains on every surface, including the bed. The mattress already leaned, held up by thin black poles, so you couldn’t make any sudden moves on it. Outside, an overflowing dumpster had trash scattered around it, and parking meant sorting things out with the other tenants in one driveway. I had a bad feeling when I drove up and saw the worst-looking house on the block, and the inside was just as bad. Everything felt sketchy. Never again, they need to be shut down.

This was the second room they gave us because the first one was so disgusting. It was dirty too: unclean sheets and blankets, garbage left behind, a broken fridge and TV, mold in the air conditioners, a nasty shower, and ants everywhere. DIRTY DIRTY PLACE.

The room was very clean and up to date, and you can walk to everything, including the beach and boardwalk. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the gentleman in the office gave outstanding service. The Wi-Fi and cable didn’t work, though. I highly recommend it and will definitely rent from them again.

Ants were everywhere and the beds didn’t seem clean. This place was absolutely disgusting, the dirtiest place in the world. I’d never stay here again. Honestly, rethink staying here.

They charged us $1,000 for one night after we signed up for a party house, and then kicked us out over a noise complaint. It was a terrible experience, and I felt scammed. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for a real party house!
