Ebb Tide Oceanfront Inn

We rented three rooms and had lots of space for everyone. One had a queen bed plus a separate living room, which was nice for relaxing. The other two each had three queen beds, with one bed in its own bedroom. The property is very pet friendly, and none of the rooms had that unpleasant pet smell. Staff were all lovely and helpful, so we'll stay here again when we're in Seaside. You're right on the beach and can walk to the promenade for activities, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are somewhat dated, but very clean and spacious.

We had lovely ocean views and could walk to good restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included, and our room even had a fireplace. The value was incredible. I liked the old fashioned charm, which you don't get at modern chains. Staff were incredibly friendly, and there was plenty of parking. It's right on the beach, too. We had a great stay.

I've stayed at most of the places in Seaside, and Ebb Tide is at the top of my list. The beachfront setting is hard to beat, and the rates are reasonable. The rooms feel roomy and family friendly, with clean beds that are comfortable and towels that are fluffy. The people working there are very friendly, which matters to me.

I've stayed here before and loved it, so I've already booked our family vacation for October 2026. The rooms are great, the staff are even better, and the price is fair. Just a wonderful spot to enjoy the coast!
