The room smelled awful, looked nothing like the photos, and the parking lot was filthy, with trash and stains everywhere. I also had a hard time getting my full refund. They first offered just $12, even though I'd driven five hours to get there. At check-in, the owner was rude when I asked simple things, like whether there was free coffee and if I needed anything for my car. I let it go at first because I wasn't going to let that ruin my day. Then, after I carried our things upstairs, we realized he'd given us one bed instead of the two queens we'd booked. I showed him my booking details at the office. He didn't seem to care, told me what I'd paid was "too cheap" for a two-bed room, and said I should call my agency and pay more to fix the problem. I wasn't upset until he started yelling at my wife to shut the room door. She was outside on the other side of the building, holding our suitcase, and wasn't even inside. I told him I could call her and that he was acting unprofessionally. I said I didn't know his service and would contact the agency to get a refund. About 20 minutes later, while we were in the car talking to Priceline, his attitude changed completely. Priceline had called him and confirmed our booking, and was trying to get us a cancellation. Once he realized he might lose the money for the two days, he tried to make things right, but it was too late. We didn't want to stay or support him. I'd trusted Priceline's reviews, but checking Google reviews afterward made me feel I'd been scammed. It seemed other people had similar experiences too. Don't book here.
