The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, which was handy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Airport-side hotels can be hit or miss, but I’d happily stay here again.

The blackout shades are fantastic, and the rooms stay quiet. Still, the hollow metal door frames make every closing sound like a gunshot, even when you ease the door shut. There’s only one set of towels, too. Parking now costs extra, depending on which booking app you use, and the garage is so tight it could fill up once the hotel is more than half full. This place could be really good, but right now it’s just okay.

I was only in town briefly and picked this spot because it’s close to the airport. I don’t usually stay at Aloft, but the decor won me over. The rooms, hotel, and lobby were all beautifully done, and there was live music in the lobby. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly, and the front desk team was helpful. The hotel also has good amenities, especially the bar and entertainment area. My room was very nice and clean.

The noise is intense here, with the hotel literally attached to the airport rail track, so I expected the service and cleaning to be better. My room was dirty, with cobwebs, sticky floors, and handprints all over the headboard. The night clerk with glasses had a terrible attitude when I asked questions she couldn’t answer. Maybe she was offended, I’m not sure. Check in earlier so you don’t get her. Marriott should take this off its roster. It’s an embarrassment to the brand.
