Comfort Inn & Suites Sea-Tac Airport

ZORIEL greeted me with a warm smile when I arrived at 11pm, and was professional, patient, and helpful throughout. He explained how the shuttle bus to the light rail station works, which made getting around much easier. Thanks, ZORIEL! My room was clean and comfortable, with a huge flat screen TV and a great bed. No issues at all. His dedication to guest service deserves recognition, and I’d definitely return.

I love the new lobby and the guest rooms you’re remodeling. They look and smell great! Jewel and Zorlel greeted me with smiles and helped me out today. They both deserve the best customer service award!

The continental breakfast was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from: fresh Belgian waffles, cold cereal, juice, milk, tea, and coffee. The staff were excellent, and the hotel’s 24/7 shuttle was an added bonus, probably because it’s near the airport. The drivers were pleasant and eager to help, taking you where you wanted to go promptly when asked. The hotel is older, but well kept and in good condition. Maid service was available on request, which I liked because it meant fewer interruptions, lower costs, and less stress on mother nature. The only downside was a faint wet dog smell in our room. Unpleasant, but bearable.

I normally stay in nicer hotels, but this one really impressed me for the money. The rooms were clean and seemed recently renovated, and the service was great. Best, the lady who helped us, was so sweet and made sure we were taken care of.
