The person working at checkout left me with a bad last impression. I tried to bring up a problem with the room and she acted as though I was bothering her. Check-in had been great, and the room was great too. The hotel itself was beautifully updated. Those first and last interactions matter, and unfortunately checkout fell short.

Lucian was a real highlight. He was kind and very helpful, upgraded me to a wonderful room, and made sure I was settled in. It added a personal touch to what was already a lovely stay. The hotel felt welcoming and has a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Breakfast costs extra, so keep that in mind. The rooms were comfortable, though mine didn't have a microwave.

The front desk staff were friendly, and there's a restaurant on site. If you get hungry at night, there's also a mini bar beside the desk. The rooms have been refurbished and are spacious and comfortable. SeaTac is right next door, with an easy walk to the terminal or a free shuttle every half hour.

Olivia made check-in lovely, greeting me with a smile and being incredibly sweet. She's a treasure. The renovated room was in great shape, and getting there on foot from the airport was easy. I usually stay at the Marriot Airport Hotel, but this visit to Skybridge may change that. I fly in and out of Seattle often and have overnight layovers, so I'll definitely be back.

We arrived straight from a cruise with a big group and lots of luggage, and they let us check in early. I was really grateful to have a place to rest before we had to get up at 3 a.m. to catch our flight.
