The room was easy to find, really clean, and had a soft, comfortable bed. It was quiet and a very nice place to stay. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk clerk was extremely polite. We had a pleasant chat. Loved my stay, and I'll be back.

The front desk clerk was the one bright spot, she was really good at her job. The room had no lotion in the big wall dispenser, and the hair dryer only blew cold air. The parking area felt too far away for me to feel comfortable going out there in the morning. Getting in and out of the lot was difficult, and the lobby entrance was weird. Just not for me, and I won't stay again.

The location was good, but the bed in room 401 was lumpy and squeaked whenever we shifted or rolled over. I had an early doctor's appointment and barely slept. We arrived on a Sunday hoping to watch a football game, but couldn't find the remote. They brought one that only turned on the TV and couldn't change channels. After we called again, it took 30 minutes for someone to return and pair it properly.

The parking felt secure, which was a plus. The bed, though, was bad enough to leave me with back pain on the day of my flight. When we came back and called for the shuttle, it took an hour to pick us up, and the front desk communication was poor. Edit: traffic wasn't the issue. The driver was on lunch break. If you stay here, try not to return around the shuttle driver's lunch.

The young man at the desk was respectful and knew what he was doing. When the heater in my room failed, he moved me to a different one. The building itself is older and needs serious deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.
