Brighton Guesthouse 4 Bedroom Duplex

I booked this through the Bilt credit card travel portal four months ahead of my stay. The portal said it was through Expedia, and I have a confirmation number, receipt, and itinerary. When the booking day came, I got no instructions about checking in or getting access. I started trying to reach them at noon on the day of my reservation, but was completely ignored and never got into the property. I was stranded and had to stay at a motel. They ignored me the next day too. I’m starting to think this was an outright scam. When I called the number listed for this place on Google Maps, they said they managed the property and weren’t the company I booked through, “Seabel stays.” The property is managed by Redawning, but the listing photos clearly show the house I booked. I still haven’t received a refund, and the whole thing caused enormous stress for my fiancé and me. We were here for the Rubik's cube world championship, and this ruined the event’s entire first day. I spent more than five hours on the phone trying to reach anyone who could help.
