The rooms are clean, and the staff and breakfast are fine. The shuttle is quick and easy in either direction, with departures every 30 minutes. You do need to sign up for the trip out. Room size depends on what you book. The junior suite is so small the king bed seems to barely fit, while the deluxe suite is better. The A/C is another problem: it stays on full blast and is really loud. You can hear people above you, and from the third floor the planes taking off are easy to hear too. For the price and convenience I may end up staying here again, though I’ll keep looking for a better hotel.

Alicia was especially helpful and went well beyond what she had to do. The rest of the staff were friendly too. We picked the hotel because our son had an early flight, and its location near the airport worked well. The free shuttle runs every 30 minutes if you book a spot; after we finished at the airport, we called and they came to pick us up without any trouble. We had a premium standard room on the newer side, and it was nice. Breakfast had good options, and the breakfast room is huge. We’d definitely stay again.

I felt safe staying here as a single mom. My first-floor room was quiet, and I paid $15 extra per night to upgrade to one of the newer rooms. Getting a pool key meant walking back to the front desk and then back again, but that was a minor hassle. The pool was clean and had lots of towels. The hotel is close to the airport and SouthCenter Mall. We enjoyed dinner at Sharps, and breakfast was delicious. We made waffles ourselves, though there was a short line.

It’s about a 10-minute drive from Seattle Airport, so getting there was easy and convenient. The 24-hour airport shuttle was a real help for an overnight stay.
