Crowne Plaza Seattle - Downtown by IHG

The main reason to choose this hotel is its location. The rooms were fine, nothing amazing, but they had what we needed. The gym was great, a little small, but it had treadmills, dumbbells, and everything needed to work out away from home. Philip was an amazing server, both at breakfast and in the evenings at the hotel bar and restaurant. He's professional, attentive, friendly, and just plain nice. You don't get that level of service often these days. They should consider giving him a raise or a promotion. Wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed for one evening on February 2nd because we had a test appointment at Swedish hospital. The hotel was quiet and clean. We had to leave at 6 a.m., so we couldn't have breakfast. When we explained that to the woman at the front desk, she gave us sandwiches and drinks from the refrigerator for free. The sandwich was fresh and delicious, and I was touched by how kind she was. I was disappointed that I never heard back after asking if I could buy one of the pillows, since it was so comfortable to sleep on. The rest of the stay was good. Thanks. Byung

We had a very comfortable family stay, and the staff made a real difference. We booked two rooms as an IHG Platinum Elite member and were given an upgrade smoothly. Only one room could be upgraded to a suite, but the check-in team placed the two rooms close together so we could stay near each other. A text message arrived shortly after we checked in to ask how things were going. It made it easy to report any problems without going back to the desk. Staff across the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were friendly and welcoming. They answered questions with smiles and helpful recommendations. There was a mix-up with the prepaid breakfast, and the charges were posted to our room incorrectly. The hotel resolved it quickly and professionally after we pointed it out. They also promptly fixed a slow-draining bath once we reported it. The service stood out, and we'd gladly choose this hotel again.

We were in town for Emerald City Comic Con and stayed here over the weekend. The bed felt like a cloud, and the hotel was close to where we needed to go. Phillip and Milton served us breakfast and were very attentive. The breakfast buffet was fantastic.
