Reception and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful when I had questions. I'm not a Wyndham member, so that may mean a different experience. The room was spacious and clean, with two queen beds. The bathroom was tidy and very clean, with strong flow and hot water. The free Wi-Fi was very good, and it was handy to have lobby computers and an ATM. There's a food shop just a three-minute walk away, and the room has a microwave, fridge, and freezer. The free breakfast had a brilliant selection, and everything was individually wrapped. But the dining room tables are very old, broken in places, and mostly uneven, so eating on them was awkward. Daily room service was disappointing: they changed towels, cleaned the bathroom, and emptied bins, but didn't make the beds or vacuum the floor. The furniture is old and damaged and needs replacing, and the curtains didn't close properly. The bedroom walls are thin enough to hear conversations and the next room's toilet. There's no lockable safety deposit box in the room, so you have to take your passport with you or lock it in your suitcase. They can store your luggage while you wait for the 4pm check-in. Checkout is at 11am. There's a laundry room with machines and dryers for a fee.

The location was excellent, with the Space Needle, food markets, and several places to eat within walking distance. Getting around town was convenient thanks to the nearby transportation. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and I had a comfortable stay at this motel. I'd gladly come back.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and the facilities were nice. We also enjoyed the included breakfast. The location was good. The front desk service fell short, though. The guy who checked us out seemed in a bad mood, and we ended up dealing with his hostility.

We had a really nice stay the night before our cruise and enjoyed it a lot. The complimentary hot breakfast was very good, and if you arrive before check-in, you can leave your bags in their secured room and head out to explore. The hotel is close to the port and offers a shuttle, departing hourly starting at 9:00 a.m. Set among modern business buildings, it's about a 10-minute walk to the Space Needle, with plenty of little eateries around.

The room was quiet, with comfy beds and enough towels and bedding. The check-in desk staff were kind and amazing. The breakfast guy who handles “restocking” was rude, though, and needs to figure out how to do the job. Both mornings, food ran out and he was nowhere to be found. One day there were no forks or spoons for over 15 minutes, and the next there were no cups for drinks for about 12 minutes. People kept knocking on the door to get him to come out. When he did bring food, he'd bring a very small amount of just one or maybe two items at a time, then tell people to “move out of my way”. He needs to be talked to. If breakfast had gone better and he had been nice, I'd give it a 5/5.
