The water view was great, and the location was convenient, within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, and other places. The apartment was older, though, and had several problems: no AC while temperatures climbed into the 90s, a bedroom door coming off its hinges, dirty carpets, holes kicked into doors, and no shower in the master bath, which had twin beds.

It’s close to downtown, but the bedrooms and kitchen were dirty. The bowls and frypen had all been newly purchased and used.
