One Lakefront

It's a quiet building and a really great place to live. I had a great time calling One Lakefront home for two years, and loved my apartment and the staff, especially Tessa. I only had one small maintenance request during that time, and it was handled within a day. I'll truly miss living here. Five stars all the way!

The apartment is well maintained and the amenities are great. My one concern is the utility bill, which can get extremely high, up to 300$ in a month for a 1B. Living at One Lakefront has otherwise been a pleasure. Tessa has been the heart of the community from day one, always friendly and helpful whether I have a routine question or something urgent. She's reliable, responsive, and makes sure nothing gets missed. I feel heard and valued as a resident. Highly recommend, and thank you, Tessa, for everything you do! 🙌

We looked at almost 15 apartment complexes in the SLU area before choosing this one, and we've enjoyed living here. Our 6th-floor home has a fantastic Lake Union view. The management team answered our questions and needs and made move-in and settling in smooth and efficient. It's well designed and maintained, and feels worth the money. The common areas are beautiful, the neighbors are a good mix of young working professionals and there's good ethnic diversity. It's very pet friendly, with dedicated dog spaces on the rooftops. There's a good gym, courtyard, two rooftops with barbecue setups and panoramic lake views, a club room with a pool, shared workspaces, and WIFI. Appliances are top notch, heating and power reliable, and maintenance is pretty good. The team is kind, dedicated, and supportive. We liked that it's quiet despite having one side facing the lake and the other Dexter Ave, away from traffic noise and the homeless situation. That was one of our main reasons for choosing it over SLU or Queen Anne. The no. 62, 40, and E line buses make commuting easy. Would totally recommend!

The management team was so helpful and professional, and the apartment is spacious and quiet. The fitness center is large, the rooftop view is tremendous, and everything is super clean and well maintained. Heartwarming management, highly recommend. Update: Oh no, a package was stolen. Even a luxury apartment can have missing packages. I believe management has tried its best to prevent this. I think it's more about the people who live here and whoever comes in.
