Renaissance Seattle Hotel

I haven't stayed at the Renaissance, but I've attended a few events there. The lobby and event spaces are really nice, and the location is convenient. The food service was good, too. I'll be back for future events.

This was my second stay, and I'd book here again next time I'm in Seattle. It was only one night, but being centrally located was a real plus, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a nice food selection and good service. Our room was a bit noisy because it's close to the road, though it didn't really bother me.

Dora, the concierge, was a friendly and reassuring presence when I was in a difficult spot and needed answers. After an incident, staff checked in about an hour later to make sure I felt okay for the evening. That care made me feel much more secure in a city where I don't know anyone. The place is beautiful, relaxing, and well maintained. The workout room is modern, and room service arrived hot, fresh, tasty, and filling. Thank you for looking after me.

The rooms are good, but service works a little differently here than at other Marriotts I've experienced, including the nearby Westin downtown. They usually clean only once every three days, though you can request cleaning. Water bottles aren't provided each day either, but you can get a couple and refill them at the gym. A bit different from what I've otherwise experienced with Marriott.
