There’s plenty of room here for a large group, and the location is great, right in downtown capital hill with good transit connections. Still, the house feels neglected. The inside doesn’t match the online photos and has been painted the same bland grey throughout. The outdoor trash was full when we arrived, and there were no recycling or compost bins. The beds squeaked a lot and the bedding was thin. We couldn’t use the outdoor area because the table was broken and the grill was moldy. With some investment this could be an incredibly nice house, but right now they’re not putting in the effort.

We had a group of nine and found the house very clean and well located for what we wanted to do. Lynne was a very accommodating host, and communication was great from beginning to end. I’d recommend it to people traveling in larger groups, and I’d definitely stay here again on another Seattle trip.
