I’ve waited over three months for the full refund I was promised after canceling my Booking.com rooms because of Covid-19. I canceled within the allowed window. At first I waited patiently, but not anymore. Both SoBe and Booking.com have passed me around. SoBe’s accounting department can’t even be reached by its own customer service team. Booking keeps asking the same people to refund me, and I keep getting the same answer: they’re processing it. I wouldn’t recommend this property or Booking.com. Search online and you’ll find other reviews from people who didn’t get refunds even before Covid-19.

Covid-19 meant I had to cancel my April trip to Seattle. The full refund came through about six weeks later. Thanks for keeping me updated clearly while I waited.

I’ve stayed with SoBe at different locations several times, and the service has always been great. The apartments are consistently clean and comfortable, and SoBe has the best locations.
