It was easy to get around the city from here, with good public transit access. The neighborhood felt safe, and being near Cal Anderson Park was nice. Our room was quiet, cozy, and clean, and the other guests were respectful. Vince kept in touch and handled communication well throughout our stay. Having a kitchen and laundry available was much appreciated. The only issue was that the wi-fi was often a little slow. Otherwise, we had a lovely time.

This seems like a particularly good fit for solo travelers who want to be near Swedish Hospital or prefer a quieter urban spot a little off the main drag. I brought my dog, so it was a bonus that pets are welcome. It’s within walking distance of some great Seattle places, including Chuck's Hop Shop, Twilight Exit, and Communion. I was a little nervous after reading other reviews, but I had no trouble finding parking or getting inside. The place was clean, organized, and quiet when I arrived. The bed was comfortable, the common area was nice, and laundry access came in handy. It’s in one of my favorite Seattle neighborhoods, close to things but still peaceful. Just be aware the final cost with the cleaning fee is closer to $150. Still a decent deal for a central Seattle location.

We were in Seattle with a family member spending their final days at Swedish hospital and had booked a room for our elderly relative. Only then did we learn it was up three flights of stairs in a dingy building with no elevator. Our refund request was promptly denied. The property owner kept nearly $600 from our family without hesitation or remorse, at an especially painful time in our lives. Spend it well, friend. Tactics like this catch up with people eventually. If I could give this experience zero stars, I would.

I booked through hotels.com and was quickly scammed. Someone called to complete my reservation, had me download an app for prebooking instructions, and asked me to pay a cleaning fee to a third party. I never received any instructions. When I arrived, there was no hotel or parking, just the Washington Social Security office. Support said I had the wrong address and that they couldn't find any booking for me. They said they'd text back, then left me waiting four hours. Nobody answered the phone, so I was stranded in Seattle without a hotel. When someone finally texted, they blamed the reservation team and told me to call them. The two sides passed me back and forth for about an hour. Eventually the person on the booking side stopped taking my calls, only texted, and then BLOCKED ME! Absolutely trash. Don't even try to book this “hotel”. THERE IS NO HOTEL HERE. Just a SCAM.
