The room was clean, cool, and well kept, but it was the people who made the difference for us. At breakfast, Ramona worked hard to keep up with the cafe’s food needs and still welcomed us warmly, asked about our family and visit, and remembered to ask the next day about our event the night before. Jay at the front desk had greeted us like old friends from the start, and his easy conversation made us feel at home. The accommodations were straightforward, and his hospitality had an old-school feel. We’ll remember how we were treated more than whether every detail was perfect. The staff here knocked it out of the park. We’d recommend staying here and will be back.

Jay is wonderful at this Holiday Inn. He goes above and beyond every time we book, and the whole staff is great. We’ll only stay at this location because we look forward to the service.

The customer service was great, and breakfast was good. My room, 304, did have a roach. The shower faucet wouldn’t shut all the way off, and the bathroom vanity sink drained slowly. Maintenance, please fix the room.

I originally booked another hotel for a business trip, but had a bad experience there. Jay was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He helped me reserve by phone and got me a suite right away. The room was extremely clean, there was plenty of parking, and the AC worked great. I’ll definitely stay here on my next business trip.

We’ve booked this Holiday Inn many times over the past three years for work, and the service keeps making it our favorite. Jay, Jana, and Victoria always come through, even with short notice or odd travel hours. The room service and restaurant crews are great too. With the recent remodeling, this is definitely where we want to stay next time. Thanks, Holiday Inn!
