Amber welcomed us so warmly at the desk, and even upgraded our room without being asked. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and polite, and I liked the Dove conditioner and bar soap. Breakfast was really good, with waffles, cinnamon buns, yogurt, biscuits, and omelettes among the choices. We had a fantastic two-night stay and I'd definitely come back.

I paid for a wheelchair accessible room and arrived tired, hoping to shower and get some rest. Instead, the sink had a box built around it that kept my chair from rolling underneath. That same obstruction partly blocked the shower, where the shampoo and soap dispensers were mounted high on the back wall, out of reach. The hand shower was fixed at the top of the wall, so I couldn't reach or use it sitting down. The only accessible feature I found was a grab bar beside the commode. Two box springs under the mattress also made the bed too high for me to get into. I couldn't shower, wash my hands, or brush my teeth because of these barriers, despite paying for the room. After I spoke with the desk clerk several times, he removed one box spring to lower the bed. If you need an accessible room here, beware of false advertising.

There was just one thing I found inconvenient: the hotel has a single entrance and elevator, and you have to go through the front door to reach it. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. It was really nice and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever had at a motel.

I've stayed here three times now, and it still lives up to what I expect. This time I tried breakfast and it was delicious. The bed's comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and my first stay was the best I'd had in a long time. I'll book again and definitely recommend it if you're in the area.
