We were in room #6, just to the left of the front office, for our first stay, and it totally worked for us. The room felt cozy and was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the heater worked well. We could walk to canyon breeze restaurant for coffee and breakfast every morning, and the “strip” was close enough that we didn’t need to drive into the busy traffic. We’ll definitely make this our spot next time we visit Sedona. 10/10 :)

The beds were very comfortable, and being upstairs and away from the road helped keep the noise down a bit. I’d consider staying again because it’s so handy for getting around, but I left disappointed by the mismatch between the listing and the room we got. The online photos didn’t look like what was provided to us. The carpet was old and stained, and the bathroom was tiny. On the plus side, lots of restaurants and shops were within walking distance.

If a simple room is enough and you’ll be out exploring most of the day, this is a comfortable place to come back to. The sheets were cozy in the morning. It’s easy to reach shops and restaurants, and my room had a bit of a view, with sunrise over the mountains. Cars are audible, though most places close early and the town gets going late. I didn’t hear the neighbors through the concrete walls. The room was pleasant for the price, clean, and had the basic amenities. Check-in uses a door code and was simple. I booked through a travel site, which had my contact details wrong, so I missed the welcome text with the instructions. There was a sign with a number to call, though, and staff answered easily when I rang at 8 pm. If you book through a travel site, watch out for that issue. Booking direct is probably best.

Parking right outside the room, gorgeous views, and everything nearby on foot. This is our new favorite place in Sedona. We’ll be back!

We stayed in room 10, the only room on the second floor, and the view of the red mountains was beautiful. It has two king beds, which suited my husband, our teenage son, and me, and the beds were among the five most comfortable hotel or motel beds I’ve slept in. The room was huge, with a full kitchen we didn’t use, though the bathroom was small. The building is old, but that gave it a quaint feel and reminded me of my grandparents’ home in California. It’s a small, 11-room motel, so go in with the right expectations and you may appreciate it. The outlets weren’t set up for today’s electronics, but management had provided a box with multiple plugs. I’d stay again and recommend room 10. I check three things in a hotel: safety, cleanliness, and smell. This place felt safe because of its location, everything was clean, and there wasn’t any funky or stuffy smell. It’s quiet and close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy, with the key code sent by text, and when we arrived the hardest decision was which parking space to use. There’s no management on site, and it’s a no-frills motel.
