Best Western Providence-Seekonk Inn

The shared spaces and the rooms were all really clean, which made a great impression on me. The staff were kind, friendly, and professional, too. I don't usually write reviews, but this place earned five stars from me. I'll stay here again when I'm back in the area. Thanks to the whole staff.

We came for a hockey game, and the arena and downtown were only about 10-12 minutes away. There were lots of places to eat nearby as well. The room was clean, and the kitchenette was unusually large, with a mini fridge, microwave, and plenty of cabinets. It's the most cabinet space I've seen in a hotel room. A good base for visiting Providence and the surrounding area.

You can hear people talking in other rooms because the sound insulation is poor. I was also owed a refund for a full night, but got the runaround. Sam, the “manager,” told me I wasn't getting it. They kept my $100 hold, too, and made up a reason for doing so. I consider that theft and completely unprofessional. Sam and Bob were unprofessional, and I believe they lied to me. Avoid this location and spend your money elsewhere.

We booked an evening at BW Seekonk so my grandkids could have some pool time. The facility was well maintained, the staff were excellent, and breakfast was nice. We'll be back.
